AUTUMN '09 REPEATS
The deadline for the submission of Autumn repeat essays is 5pm on 4 August. No extensions are possible. Essays received later than the deadline will not be considered for the Autumn Examination Board.
Essay topics for current modules will be the same as during the past academic year and are available on the relevant Moodle pages. Essay topics for external repeat students are listed below.
External repeat students should email their essay(s) directly to the English Department at english.department@nuim.ie in Word (.doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf) on or before the deadline. All other students should submit their essay(s) to turnitin and in hard copy to the department. Essays that have not been submitted to Turnitin or are submitted without a Turnitin ID will not be marked.
Repeat essays will be capped at 40% and there will be no repeat of other CA components. In cases where medical or other compelling reasons are proved essays will not be capped and other CA components will be excluded.
